Documents Needed
- Sale deed / Mother deed
- Previous chain of ownership documents
- Encumbrance Certificate (EC)
- RTC / Khata certificate
- Conversion certificate (if applicable)
- Approved building/layout plan
- ID proof of the applicant

- 5 to 10 working days (depending on complexity)
