  • Sale deed / Mother deed
  • Previous chain of ownership documents
  • Encumbrance Certificate (EC)
  • RTC / Khata certificate
  • Conversion certificate (if applicable)
  • Approved building/layout plan
  • ID proof of the applicant

Timeline

  • 5 to 10 working days (depending on complexity)
