Documents Needed

  • Original or Registered Sale Deed
  • Previous Survey Number details
  • RTC / Pahani (old and new, if available)
  • Applicant’s valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
  • Mutation or Khata document (if updated)
  • Any official notice or order of re-survey from Revenue Department

Timeline

  • 10 to 25 working days, depending on jurisdiction and case complexity
