Documents Needed

• Allotment letter / Possession Certificate from KIADB
• Registered Sale Deed / Lease Deed
• Survey number or Plot number
• Copy of previous KIADB Order (if reissue or update)
• Owner/Applicant ID proof
• Application or Request Letter (as applicable)

Timeline

• 10 to 30 working days, based on the order type and file status

Steps We Follow

• Document Collection: Collect relevant documents digitally or in person
• Verification: Confirm land status and previous orders
• Application Filing: Submit application/request to KIADB for the required order
