A Plan, also referred to as a Corporation Plan or House Plan, is an officially approved building layout sanctioned by the respective local authority (BBMP, BDA, or Municipality). It shows dimensions, setback areas, floor details, and usage type (residential, commercial, etc.). This is required for property validation, construction, sale, and legal compliance.

- Property tax receipts
- Copy of the original or approved plan (if available)
- Sale deed / Khata details

- 7 to 15 working days depending on the municipal zone and file availability
