Documents Needed
- Registered Sale Deed / Gift Deed / Partition Deed
- Latest Paid Electricity Bill
- Property Tax Receipt
- ID Proof of New Owner (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
- NOC from previous owner (if applicable)
- Ownership proof or Khata extract
