Documents Needed

  • Registered Sale Deed / Gift Deed / Partition Deed
  • Latest Paid Electricity Bill
  • Property Tax Receipt
  • ID Proof of New Owner (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
  • NOC from previous owner (if applicable)
  • Ownership proof or Khata extract

  • 5 to 10 working days (depending on the local BESCOM or electricity office)
