Description

BDA Endorsement is an official confirmation issued by the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) verifying whether a property falls under BDA-approved layouts or jurisdiction. It is a crucial document required during property transactions, building plan approvals, Khata transfer/mutation, and land conversion processes. It ensures that the property is not on encroached or unauthorized land.

Documents Needed

• Registered Sale Deed / Title Deed
• Property PID number or Survey number
• Previous Endorsement (if any)
• Approved layout or site plan (if applicable)
• RTC / Khata copy
• Owner’s ID proof

Timeline

• 7 to 20 working days, depending on the location and file status at BDA
