Documents Needed

  • Registered Sale Deed / Title Deed
  • Property PID number or Survey number
  • Previous Endorsement (if any)
  • Approved layout or site plan (if applicable)
  • RTC / Khata copy
  • Owner’s ID proof

Timeline

  • 7 to 20 working days, depending on the location and file status at BDA
