Documents Required

• Registered Sale Deed (photocopy)
• Latest Encumbrance Certificate (EC)
• Property Tax Paid Receipts
• Previous Khatha Extract (if available)

• Applicant’s ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
