• We assist clients in applying for and obtaining government-related land, property, and legal documents such as Khata, RTC, Podi Pahani, and others
• We facilitate the application process and coordinate with authorities but do not guarantee outcomes or timelines
• The client shall bear and pay all applicable government charges, fees, and penalties in full and in advance
• The client shall remit the applicable service charge—either in full or in part—upon confirmation, as determined by the nature of the service availed.
• The client shall bear all courier or document delivery charges associated with the service
• Any delays or additional costs arising from prior unpaid dues, penalties, or government-imposed fees shall be the sole responsibility of the client
• We are not liable for delays arising from governmental, procedural, or other factors beyond our control
• All time estimates are indicative and subject to variation based on case specifics and government processing timelines
• We act solely as a facilitator and are not liable for legal discrepancies, disputes, or claims
• The client is solely responsible for providing accurate and valid documents and information..
• We will provide regular application status updates via email, SMS, or agreed channels
• Clients shall maintain communication and promptly furnish any additional information or documents upon request
• No refunds will be issued for government fees once the application process has commenced.
• In the event of client withdrawal midway, the advance payment shall be non-refundable
• Final documents will be released only upon clearance of all outstanding and dues
• We are not a government agency and act solely as an intermediary. We do not guarantee government approval or outcomes.
