A Survey Sketch or IN Sketch (Identification Sketch) is a detailed drawing of a land parcel showing its boundaries, dimensions, and coordinates as surveyed by the Land Records or Survey Department. It is commonly used for demarcation, property division, construction approvals, conversion applications, and legal proceedings.

  • RTC / Pahani
  • Registered Sale Deed
  • Mutation Extract / Khata
  • Previous sketch or map (if available)
  • Property owner’s ID proof
  • Application letter (we prepare this)

Timeline

  • 10 to 25 working days, depending on the jurisdiction and record availability

Steps We Follow

  • Document Collection: We gather all necessary documents from the applicant.
  • Application Filing: File a request with the Taluk Office / Survey Department for sketch drawing.
  • Surveyor Coordination: Coordinate with the government surveyor for on-site land inspection (if required).
  • Sketch Preparation: Obtain the official sketch drawing prepared and approved.
  • Delivery: Share the approved sketch with the client in digital or physical format.
